    Hello,

    You can change tabs display in Theme Options > Single Product Page.
    To remove short description add this code into custom.css file:

    .product-information .short-description {
        display: none;
    }

    To create custom.css you need rename default.custom.css to custom.css via FTP in the folder wp-content/themes/royal. Then enable it in Theme Options > Custom CSS.

    Hello,

    You have 2 theme versions in Appearance > Themes. You should have only one theme folder. When updating the theme old files must be overwritten by the new ones.
    Also please update Woocommerce plugin to the latest version.

    Don’t forget to create a backup before update.

    At the previous links you can see how banners are created on the Home page and this way you can edit them. Banners are images and you can replace them with your pictures.
    Please specify what exactly you want to change and provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content and we’ll assist you.

    Hello,

    There was a problem with contact form which we’ve deactivated and now the template is installed. Please check.
    In order to activate the contact form you need have GD library and the FreeType library installed at your host.

    Thank you for the explanation.
    I’ve just disabled all 3rd-party plugins and logo and favicon have been changed.
    So you need disable all plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

    Hello,

    I’ve enabled all content types in Setting > Visual Composer > General Settings tab. Please check static blocks now.
    Concerning the license, all plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. These plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    I’ve fixed the issue on the Contact page. The problem was you set margin-top: -33px for the goole map row in Visual Composer editor. I’ve removed it.

    Hello,

    The text can be edited in wp-admin panel > Settings > General.
    To change the icon go to Theme Options > Header > Favicon and upload your own image. Please note favicon image should have .ico extension.

    We’ve released a new theme version 1.2, where xml file with dummy data is present in the archive.
    Please download it from themeforest site and you’ll be able to import demo data manually.

    Do you still have problems with demo data? If so, please specify directly what they are.
    If you’re importing products, please clarify how you’re doing this and what errors you’re getting.

    Seems some values are restricted on your server. Please contact your host and ask them to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values.
    After that try to install Snowboard template again.
