I am having trouble with my hosting to get the file_get_contents() function set up properly.
I was wondering if you could ftp the dummy data.

    Cheers.

    Hello,

We’ve released a new theme version 1.2, where xml file with dummy data is present in the archive.
Please download it from themeforest site and you’ll be able to import demo data manually.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

Nothing is working I am just getting a blank page. This is starting to become more of a headache than I anticipated. I was hoping for an easier install and setup

    Hello,

I’m unable to access wp-admin panel, getting an error “You must log in to access the admin area.”
    Please check it.
    Thank you.

All I am trying to do is get the dummy data installed, why is it this difficult?

I have tried both clicking the install dummy data button, and loading the xml file. Both give me a bunch of errors.

Then when I select one of the demo pages, I go to view my website and it is just a blank page.

Please help fix this ASAP I need my website up.
If I can’t get this to work soon, I will have to ask for a refund and try a different theme.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Please ask your host to increase post_max_size and upload_max_filesize values.
Also check what php version is used. It shouldn’t be less than 5.3 version.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

post_max_size and upload_max_filesize are both at 1G and the php version is 5.3.27

So I don’t know why it is not working, but it is very frustrating.
all I want is the dummy data installed why is this so hard.

I keep getting answers that are not helping the situation, I have done everything and still can’t get it to work.

    Hello,

    We’ve removed duplicate menu items.
We’re very sorry you had to experience such troubles with the installation, but the problem might be occurred because of the server configuration.

    Sorry for inconveniences.
If you have any questions let us know.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
