    Hey Guys,

Great theme, but struggling with some issues. First off, the moment I disabled the demo footer the entire header and theme options have changed, however, the changes are still present on the theme options, but it is not reflecting on the page. Also the banners from cleopetra (which is what I was working on) are no longer following settings once the footer was disabled.

Everything was perfect until the demo footer was disabled.

Here are the sites details. Really would appreciate the urgent response. I dont mind recreating the page, but only if it would help speed things.

Just tried a fresh install of wordpress and the template seems to be functioning fine. I would say avoid using the custom themes for now if you are planning on switching from a previous woocommerce theme.

    No issues whatsoever.

Ok. Guys so far so good, but since Iam having a difficult time moving stores, I am forced to stick to the previous version that I had. Appreciate some feedback or a set direction to help me make this work.

    To sum up the problem:

If you have a previous theme installed, importing a demo would be a waste of time because once you have chnaged your theme settings it would go back to the default theme even though your theme settings shows otherwise.

Working on a fresh new install wouldnt have any issues, but its very difficult to move stores.

    I am practically stuck

Just to clarify: do you still have problems with Cleopatra home page when demo footer is disabled?
Please specify what you’re trying to modify.

    Thank you.

    Hey Eva,

    Here are the login details.

The issue pertains to installing the demo following the steps mentioned for Royal while already having an existing theme/shop.

The moment I disable the demo footer, everything goes haywire. All settings in the theme settings are ignored. Would really appreciate this fixed else, I would have to purchase a premium plugin to help transfer my shop.

    Regards,
    Mo.

There are no issues installing and modifying the theme on a clean install of wordpress and I didnt have issues moving from one theme to another, except with Royal. Going back to it at some point crashed my DB.

    Hey Eva,

Any luck? I really dont have a problem with starting over, I have already done that with hashtagdesign.net/javier1

However, I have no idea on how to transfer the products onto there.

What ever makes your life and mine easier, lets go with it :).

    Regards,
    Mo.

    Hello,

    Let’s make all thing clear.
Are you trying to import products or install demo content?
Do you still have problems with demo data? If so, please specify directly what they are.
If you’re importing products, please clarify how you’re doing this and what errors you’re getting.

    Sorry for misunderstandings.

    Thank you.
    Regards,

    No issues.

I had a store site that I was working on (The Ken), but then decided to change the the theme to Royal. I followed the steps and installed the demo. Once I finished the changes in the theme options and changed the demo footer, the site’s theme options remained the same, but the site itself changed back to the demo, I cant change the header, nor can I apply theme changes.

I tried installing the theme on a fresh install and there were no issues, everything is fine. But I cant seem to find a way to move the store items from hashtagdesign.net/javier to hashtagdesign.net/javier1. I have to buy a premium plugin to do this.

I am happy to either fix the first site or get help moving the store items to the fresh install. Which ever is the easiest.

If this is unclear, please send me your number and I will call you. I really need to get this site up and running and left it since sep 27th.

    Regards,
    Mo.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the explanation.
I’ve just disabled all 3rd-party plugins and logo and favicon have been changed.
So you need disable all plugins one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
