The problem was you selected Test page as shop page in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab. I’ve removed it and now slider is loading.

When editing a product you have product title written as “Revolution<br> Display 48″. That is why it’s divided into 2 lines in breadcrumbs. Remove <br> from the title to fix it.
