YouTube video on Revolution Slider / Blog Page

    Hi 8theme,

    I need to put a YouTube video in the revolution slider (with blanco)
    and it’s not intuitive.

    1) When you add, you can’t press play. It clicks like a picture
    2) What size width x height do you recommend for youtube videos?

    3) I added a new blog post but don’t know how to retrieve blog page. (or create a new blog page)

    Also, when I install a short code to a page, it just doesn’t work.

    I tried adding “featured products” but nothing happens. I have more than 5 items in my featured products category.

    Please help, thanks.

    Please make sure you’ve added featured products correctly. Here are our instructions how to do this:

    Thank You, I got it to work! I’ve been adding the products to the featured products category but not toggling the star button.

    Now, the problem is I can’t seem to remove the latest products. I removed the shortcode but it still appears?

    Hello,

    You need use [etheme_bestsellers] shortcode. Please note it will work only for WP e-Commerce plugin, not for Woocommerce. Please refer to our documentation:

    Hi 8Theme support,

    How do I remove archives and Meta sidebar?

    I disabled it in the widgets area but it’s still always there. It won’t go away.

    How can I remove it?

    Hi, I managed to remove it by choosing template “no sidebar”, it seems to work fine.

    2nd question – How do I make customers mandatory create account instead of asking for one?

    Hello,

    Go to Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout tab and uncheck “Enable guest checkout”.

    I’m having a hard time troubleshooting the sidebars where it says “summer sale”.

    I couldn’t find the sizes and where I need to go to edit those two things.

    Hello,

    Those banners are added in Blanco – Theme Settings > Single Product Page, find the block “Enter custom content you would like output to the product right sidebar”.
