    Hi 8Theme,

On a clean WP4 install, after activating the latest version of the Royal theme and required plugins, the following error appears at the bottom of the website:

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string given in /home/marloes/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 505

When I switch back to a WP core theme the warning dissapears. What is causing this warning? Hope to hear from you soon. Live demo with warning at: http://marloes.bertplantagie.com/

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello,

The problem may be caused by one of the plugins. Please try to disable them one by one to find it out, as some plugins may be incompatible with our theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Eva,

Please read my first post: it is a clean install with only the theme and required theme plugins activated. See the private content of my last reply for the admin credentials.

    Kind regards,
    Joost

As I see you don’t have installed WooCommerce plugin. It must be installed before you install the theme.
    Please follow the documentation:

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hi Robert,

We actually did install Woocommece in the first place, and deleted it afterwards.

Anyway, for now we deleted the theme, installed Woocommerce and reinstalled the theme. The problem still occurs. What else could be the reason?

    Kind regards,
    Joost

We have figured out that the error occur’s ONLY when we activate the main menu position.

Even when a menu has no items and the main menu position is activated the error occurs. When we activate only the mobile menu the warning dissapears… Any idea what could cause this?

    Kind regards,
    Joost

    Hello,

Could you renew admin panel access, so we’ll be able to check if our fix works for you. Because we can’t reproduce this problem on our installs.

    Hello,

You can update the theme when a new version is released as that fix will be implemented in the new version.

    Thank you.
