Can you do something about it?

And I still have the issue of the image royal&silver any idea to facilitate the deletion of this file?

    thank you very much

    Hello,

    1) It does not affect the performance of your website.
You can delete this file from folder /legenda/wp-content/themes/legenda/woocommerce/checkout

    2) Please contact to your provider to increase PHP memory limit.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.

    Hello,

Sorry, but your hosting provider should increase memory limit for your account on the server. That error means you don’t have enough memory to upload images. So please ask your host to increase this value.

    Thank you.

of course the provider can increase the momory limit but, like I said before
Last time I uploaded an image I do not know what happen but it copied the file 1000 times and the image wasn’t there in the end. So yeah right now I have 1800 files but in reality I have like 40 images that I can really use.

There is a probleme everytime I upload an image this stuff happen, I do not have a lot of memory left but what I would like if you can is to check in my website what is the cause of this uploading image problem please.

    Hello,

If the issue persists with all themes, then it isn’t related to our theme.
You should contact WordPress support regarding this issue or there may be some server issue at your hosting provider.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

You can deactivate plugins one by one to find out what plugin is causing the issue.

    Thank you.
