When you make changes in Appearance > Menus you should click “Save menu” button to save the changes as you didn’t do this on the video.

Sorry for a delay.
– You need enable the font you use with extended latin via Punch Fonts in wp-admin panel.
– Our theme shouldn’t affect woocommerce emails, only the notification email regarding registration. Please check this issue with default WordPress theme. If the problem persists only with our theme reply back yo us.

Some pages aren’t included in the theme package as they can be created with Visual Composer editor.
What pages do you want to import?
The slides weren’t imported. I’ve reimported the one page slider and now the Home 1 page is loading fine.
