Drop Down Menu – V.Composer – REV Slider

Hello,
I am having some trouble with a few things on the theme hopefully you can help. The drop down (for sub-menus) on the main menus does not display/work. The revolution slider and visual composer have stopped functioning/loading. And on the woo commerce checkout page thee is no area for completing billing/shipping info.

I did update both plugins that were available to me yesterday (the same 2 provided in the link you provided) to see if it would help. It did not but I will try again and update you.

Hi Eva,

I tried a couple of times and I am still having the same problems:
1) No menu drop down
2) VC no loading/working (“Frontend” will not load, “Backend” does work)
3) REV Slider not displaying the slides
4) VC elements and page template not loading on product page set up (I do have it checked under setting within the VC plugin)
5) I do see a lot more features to the VC menu including a lot of woo commerce options which I never had before but the add to cart is also still not displaying on the product/shopping pages

URGENT:

Hi,

I have the exact problem with the three parts mentioned. I went back to The Leader v.1.6 but the same problem occurred.

Maybe something major have been changed in the latest version of WordPress?

I have disabled Rev Slider but that is just looking poor.

I have also noticed that the mobile menu is not showing and that the wp-admin menu is blank in the top area when looking at a webpage = no navigation icons are showing and you manually have to write in /wp-admin in the URL to get back to the admin area.

I am having the same problem with no navigation back to dashboard, I am also manually entering the URL. I just upgraded to the new WordPress for this theme, it was working fine for a few hours before all the above issues started.

Hello @plandman72,

I’ve disabled Nice Scroll in Theme Options > General and the slider is working fine now.
Please clear browser cache and check Visual Composer editor again.
Unfortunately front-end editor doesn’t work in Visual Composer, you should use backend editor instead.

Hi Eva thanks for correcting that and the slider is working great!
The drop-down/sub-menus is still not working, is there a setting I am missing for that to function?
Also the VC is working fine when setting up pages but not when setting up product..

Hello,

As I see you didn’t create subitems for the menu in Appearance > Menus.
Please check it.
Could you specify what the issues are with VC when setting up a product?

After disable the Nice Scroll the Rev. Slider is back.
Still no (hovering over) dropdown menu working.
I have had the menu working before where content was showing in dropdown 2, 3 and 5.

And no admin icons (top menu above the site) showing when visiting page, logged in as admin.

VC have actually been working since before.
