You can rename default.custom.css file to custom.css even in cpanel. Use cpanel tools to rename the file. If you want to see registration page you need log out. Disable your maintenance plugin for checking.

Do you mean you want to remove mobile menu? It’s specially added for mobile devices as full menu looks distorted on mobiles.

Unfortunately that option was removed by Woocommerce in the latest plugin version. Our demo site uses old Woocommerce version.
Now there is no overrides in Legenda for this. You may try to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-quantity-increment/ plugin.
