UVC Icons Missing - by lscudder - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi

My Ultimate VC is missing the icons for icon manager and will not display any. It was working then all of a sudden nothing. Please take a look for me.

Not displayed within Visual Composer when editing a page

I have tried this on Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Yes I’ve cleared the cache and even gone as far as to install a plugin to ensure I don’t see cached pages on reload. Yet this problem is evidently here.

What do you suggest?

Please check if it’s displayed on your side. Also please check it with default WordPress theme.

Hi

It is not visible on any of my browsers (with cleared cache)

Firefox displayed something but not the icon!

2015 default theme did display the icon though!

Does this imply an issue with your theme?

Also, changing the theme over has trashed my footer and one of you guys logged in earlier for me to sort out my footer which has now been undone!

Do you have any ideas on what the actual problem is?

I’ve made some changes in .htaccess file.
Please check the icons now and clear browser cache before.

Is the icon shown there?

Hi

I am still unable to view them and to be honest I am getting a little bored of the quirks and issues I have had with this theme – it is causing me real problems and the amount of time I am spending trying to understand and rectify bugs is adding up all the time!

I have time and budget restraints and by choosing this theme I have delayed the project and would now like to request a refund as this theme is just not ready for widespread use and I can’t afford to keep investing time and patience into trying to resolve issues.

Don’t get me wrong it has a lot of potential but there are many bugs and the documentation isn’t always in depth enough – your support forum clearly highlights this with the number of posts and topics being made in respect of this theme and that of Legenda when in comparison to say your magento themes forum where there are only a fraction of the topics.

I hope to hear from you shortly.
