One Page Theme Not Loading - by prank - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Dear EightTheme,

I am trying to load your demo data for the one-page version of WooPress but am having some issues.

When I try to install the one-page theme via Theme Options – Import/Export – Install Version (One Page) I receive this error: “no custom animations found, if slider uses custom animations, the provided export may be broken… dynamic styles imported!”

I went through your install notes and tried to match everything as best as possible but cannot seem to do it. I have the latest version of php and 64m of memory allocated. Can you please help?

Hello,

There is an error when trying to import pages manually:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1836393 bytes)

Please contact your host and them to increase memory_limit value.

Hi Eva,

I asked my server support team to increase this limit and they did so to 70M.

I then tried to install the one-page demo data again and the green success messages came through. However the one-page theme is not working properly as per the demo quite yet, it appears that some content is missing. Could you please investigate this?
