Cannot install the royal demo theme. - by PakasitW

Hello,

I have tried to installed the demo theme by following your video.
But I cannot make it work.
I have already asked my hosting service to enable allow_url_fopen function.
It still doesn’t work well. My website is as below.
http://sleepinglunar.com/
It says “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home2 not found.”

Could you please give me some idea how to fix it.

Hello Eva,

Thank you very much.
However, other theme versions still doesn’t work.
I tried to change to other theme version e.g. gaming store or royal extreme.
I just follow the documentation and video but it doesn’t work.
If you can guide me or show me the manual, I can do by myself.

Hello,

Please ask your host to increase memory_limit value to 96M at least.
Also check if allow_url_fopen function is enabled.
If the values are set correctly then please provide us with FTP credentials.

Hello,

I noticed that you have already enabled the allow_url_fopen via the PHP Variables Manager in cPanel. I have included the following line inside the wp-config file of your website:

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘192M’);

Please check at your end if you are now able to install your new theme.

Hello,

Unfortunately there are still some problems with automatic import. You need check error logs on a server to find the reason. Meanwhile you can import the files manually. I’ve sent an archive to your email address.
