Hi,

when I install the child theme it does not seem to display 100%, is the child theme missing importing css files?

I also noticed that the website becomes very slow?

How come there is no image with the child theme in the admin? would be nice if it had woopress with child theme on it or something.

Hello,

Child theme is added in the theme package https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/2_child_theme .
You don’t need any images for child theme in wp-admin panel. There is already a title “Woopress Child”.
Slowness of the site may be caused by the 3rd-party plugins you’re using.
Also try to switch to WordPress default theme and check if the site loads the same.

Got minimum plugins and as soon as I put it back to the main woopress theme it works fine?

I would like to use the child theme as intended, does it load it custom.css by default?

Hello,

If you use child theme you can style changes in style.css file in child theme folder. If this file is empty, custom.css of the parent theme will be loaded.
