“SHIPPING AND HANDLING” is placed in the file wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/cart/cart-shipping.php (on line 22).

I’ve commented the code <?php do_action('woocommerce_cart_collaterals'); ?> in the file wp-content/themes/idstore/woocommerce/cart/cart.php (line 144) and the issue has been resolved. Please clear browser cache and check.

In wp-admin > WPML > Theme and plugins localization I selected “Translate by WPML” in “Select how to localize the theme” section and saved it. Then the section “Strings in the theme” appeared, I clicked “View all the theme’s texts” buttons for all theme texts and they appeared in WPML > String Translation.
To translate “Newsletter” go to WPML > String Translation, search for the word you need to translate http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/15/0424/s_1429890917_1060432_4016bea37f.png .

1. You can move 3 links “Newsletter”, “Sign In”, “Register” with this code in custom.css file:

.mobile-nav .links {
    margin-top: 20px !important;
    margin-left: 20px;
}

2. Use this code in custom.css file:

.mobile-nav .links {
  margin-top: -10px !important;
}

3. You need check your custom css code that you wrote for mobile menu.

2. “No products were found” can be translated in the file wp-content/themes/royal/woocommerce/loop/no-products-found.php.

3. Translate the text in the file wp-content/themes/royal/framework/shortcodes.php (line 1761) and edit the code body=Check%20this%20out:%20'.$permalink.'", change this text Check%20this%20out and this code mailto:enteryour@addresshere.com, change enteryour@addresshere.com.
Keep these files safe not lose changes after theme update.

Concerning Title Attribute you can visit WordPress forums as this query isn’t theme related.
Concerning zoom effect, your image sizes should be larger, as for the product “REILLY PYTHON” where featured image has dimensions 901px × 900px and zoom effect is working there perfectly.
