1. Use this code in style.css of your child theme:

.contact-form-title { font-size: 15px !important; }

2. I’ve added this code in CSS block of VC editor in the “CONTACT US” page:

.row-fluid .span8 { width: 100%; }

Please check.

3. To change font size for subtitle use this code in style.css of your child theme:

.subtitle { font-size: 25px !important; }

We can’t connect to FTP and wp-admin panel.
The error for FTP is:
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Wp-admin isn’t loading at all.

Hello,

I’ve checked your site and haven’t see any issues with menu:

To remove duplicate button “Place order” you need remove the folder “woocommerce” in the directory wp-content/themes/royal and reupload it from a new theme package.
When you updated the theme some old files weren’t deleted in “woocommerce” folder.

I’ve increased memory_limit value in wp-config.php file as described here http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP and added this code in custom.css:

#payment { background-color: transparent !important; }

Please clear browser cache and check your Checkout page now.
