You must create products at first and create categories for them in Products > Categories.
Mark products with categories in a product editor, then you can display products from categories via your menu on the site, just add Product Categories to the menu instead of Pages:

If you mean they are different sizes, then it’s caused by text width in the button.

The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too. You can check it yourself activating Twenty Fourteen theme.
You can visit WordPress forums concerning this issue.
Also try to increase memory limit value to 256M.

You just added text blocks with titles “Featured Products”, “Sale Products” and so on but you didn’t add Products element from Visual Composer editor: https://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0528/h_1432812139_7987286_be79382776.png
So to show products you need also add Products element and select in the settings what products to show.
