I am trying to add my footer and when I try to add new static block it does not have the option to use visual composer. When I am doing the regular pages visual composer is working and nothing is wrong. I have gone step by step in the instructions and still can’t figure out why visual composer is not an option. The footer I have in static blocks right now was a sample I just modified the regular code but want to customize it more. Any idea why visual composer is not an option on static blocks?

    Hello,

Go to wp-admin panel > Visual Composer > General Settings > mark all Content Types.

Ok that worked but when I try to add the footer to the main homepage and click update it doesn’t save it. It takes me to the preview, it allows me to add the footer to all pages except the home page.

    Hello,

Go to Appearance > Widgets and add Static Block widget to “Footer 1” or “Footer 2” area.

I am trying to update SEO settings for the static homepage “Yoast” but once I type what I want into the SEO section and click update it takes me to the main homepage without saving. It’s similar to what it was doing when I didn’t have some setting right for visual composer. Is there other settings that may be making it do this? All private content still the same as above.

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Help!!

I was trying to create a backup with the Duplicator plugin (which I have used before) and it said I had an old installer.php file that had to be removed and so I went to my cPanel and deleted it but I must have had another file highlighted at the same time. I am not sure what the file name was I deleted comparing this site to another it looks like maybe index.php but not sure if I just copy an index.php from another and put it in there and it would work. I can get into the wp-admin and see everything but will not let me see the physical website and like a dumbass I have yet to back this site up. Please help.

    Thanks
