    Hello,

    We can update the theme for you.
    Create a back up of your site files and database and let us know when it’s done. Or ask your hosting provider to do this for you if you have difficulties.
    Once back up is created we’ll update the theme.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    You had incorrect link for your Shop page. It was http://www.domain.net/shop/smoof , I’ve changed it to http://www.domain.net/shop/ in Appearance > Menus. Please check it now.
    Also when WooCommerce Multilingual is activated menu can’t be edited in Appearance > Menus. The same problem persists with default WordPress theme too. You have to contact Woocommerce or WPML concerning this issue.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    In this case you have to change the width of the container, add this code in custom.css file:

    @media (min-width: 1200px) {.container {
        width: 980px !important;
    }}

    Regards,

    Hello,

    Please add this code in custom.css file:

    .quick-view-popup .wishlist-btn-container.with-styles .add_to_wishlist {
        margin-top: -4px !important;
    }

    “Add to Wishlist” label isn’t supposed to be viewed in quick view window. You can check it on our demo site https://www.8theme.com/demo/legenda/ . It’s not visible there too.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    In this case we would like to have some options which we can use to have a pagination at the bottom of the posts..

    I meant it’s not possible for the posts that your added because you created them with separate elements (image, text, button). Pagination is used in Posts Grid element, you can show your posts using this element – Posts Grid.
    To change “Read more” button color use this code in child style.css:

    .vc_btn-mulled_wine, a.vc_btn-mulled_wine {
        background-color: #50485B !important;
        color: #FFF !important;
    }

    Write your color values.

    To change margins of the row use this code:

    .wpb_row {
        margin-bottom: 30px !important;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately it can’t be done, because columns are loaded in order as they are added in Visual Composer editor. It can’t be changed just for mobile devices. Sorry.

    Hello,

    The bug with Instagram widget was fixed in the latest theme update.
    So please update the theme. Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
    Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

    (it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    After that we’ll change the links for you.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too. It’s caused by “WooCommerce Polylang Integration” integration. Deactivate it and check the “Checkout” button after that (clear browser cache before).
    You need contact the plugin author concerning this issue.

    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

    Try to create a separate slide and add a separate video for each slide and don’t use them as layers of one slide.
    Please try it and let us know.

    Hello,

    Concerning the video try to use this code in child style.css:

    @media (max-width: 480px) {.tp-simpleresponsive .tp-caption {
        height: 400px !important;
        width: 700px !important;
    }}

    Unfortunately menu icon can’t be shown when scrolling as fixed header is hidden when mobile menu is opened. Sorry.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello @pappir,

    I’ve disabled sidebar in “Home” page editor, set “Sidebar Position” to “Without Sidebar” in Page Layout box. Please check it now.
    You can change chat style in wp-admin panel > Chat Console > Options > Customize skin > select color for “Header background”.
