    Did you create footer using Static Block https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/#!/0_footer ?
    If so you need add “8theme – Static Block” widget into “Footer 1” or “Footer 2” area in Appearance > Widgets.

    We still don’t have access to Products and FTP access is closed.
    Here is the error in FTP client:
    Response: 530 Login authentication failed
    Error: Critical error
    Error: Could not connect to server

    and here is the error from the link you provided:

    Hello,

    Our demo site shows all elements that are present in the theme and pages that can be created with Visual Composer plugin.
    Demo data includes only basic content.
    To have Shop page you need install Woocommerce plugin and install Woocommerce demo pages.

    Provide us with wp-admin panel credentials to check the issue with Essential Grid.

    By default our theme doesn’t have features for 2 “Add to Cart” buttons.

    Now we can’t access FTP account and all settings in wp-admin panel can’t be viewed. We can’t check products content.

    Also as I see you’re using old theme version.
    Please update it to 3.3 version.

    The same issue persists with default WordPress theme too.
    Please activate Twenty Fifteen theme and check.

    Ask your hosting provider to increase memory_limit value and check product tabs after that.
