Single Image Not saving - by shadydolphinstudios

    Hi,

    I am using the Royal theme along side Visual Composer. When I try to add or edit a single image, then save it, nothing happens. I have been in contact with WPbakery and they have said its something to do with the theme.

    Hello,

    You’re using old theme version. Please update and check this issue.
    Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

    Here is video tutorial how to update theme:

    The video tutorial is for Legenda theme, but the process is identical.

    Hi,

    Thank you very much for the help! That worked, now I can save the images 🙂 Since I have uploaded the update version none of my content seems to be in the container

    Hello,

    The customizations that you’ve made in custom.css are causing this.
    Please check your code there.
