Ive imported the base data, installed “Felicia” as the dummy content, and imported the JSON file in Essential Grid.

However the following message just won’t go away at the top of the site.

“To finish the import of this version go to Essential Grid > Import/Export > Import and upload Ess_Grid.json file that you may find in XML files folder of theme package”

Also in the sidebar navigation I only have the following listed:

    Blog >
    Portfolio >
    Pages >
    Contact Us

Whereas the full demo version of Felicia shows the following:

    Home
    Demos >
    Shop >
    Blog >
    Pages >
    Elements >
    Buy Now

I should at least have “Shop” listed, right? It doesn’t seem like everything has imported ok. The product single pages show a long list of images rather than the 1 image and the thumbnails below.

    Hello,

Our demo site shows all elements that are present in the theme and pages that can be created with Visual Composer plugin.
Demo data includes only basic content.
To have Shop page you need install Woocommerce plugin and install Woocommerce demo pages.

Provide us with wp-admin panel credentials to check the issue with Essential Grid.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I’ve enclosed the admin details below – something definitely isn’t correct.

Please check the homepage, and then check a product single page. Hopefully you’ll be able to identify what the problem is. The site is hosted on Windows Server 2008.

    Thanks.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Ok I think I’ve got some of the other issues fixed, but the message on the homepage just won’t go away.
