    Hello,

I’ve just checked your site and didn’t see any error.
    See screenshot:

    Is your issue solved?

No the issue isnt solved. Also, i’m getting another error everytime i update a product:

    Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

After contacting my hosting provider, they said it has probably something to do with the fastcgi error..

    Hello,

Ask your hosting provider to disable “open_basedir” function.
    After that check your site.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

“Service Unavailable” error is related to server configuration.
Fastcgi is configured on a server, it’s not related to the theme.

You need contact your hosting provider and ask them to investigate error logs on the server to find reason of the problem.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hello,

As I see open_basedir function is enabled for your account on a server:

Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to disable it.

Thank you for the information. I have contacted my hosting provider, and they can not disable this function, because my website is on a shared server.
Is there another way how to fix this problem?

I have another WordPress website, which has never given me this error log..
How about customized support, do you do that?

They think that wordpress is asking for a wrong map..
Like it is asking for /map/folder/test instead of map/folder/test

Can you please help me? Because my site is not working properly because everytime i get the error and “service unavailable

    Hello,

Then you have to change path as described in the article:
    http://www.templatemonster.com/help/open_basedir-restriction-in-effect-filex-is-not-within-the-allowed-paths-y.html

Your hosting provider should help you with it. Sorry, but this is beyond our support scope as we are not a hosting company and we can’t know your server configuration.

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
