As I see you have products for those categories in French version:

Products aren’t displayed in this categories because they are moved to trash http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463137402_4699636_71feef4bff.jpeg .
Clear the trash and check French Shop page after that.

Is there Firewall on a server?

If you don’t want them, remove the element from the page.

Rename Woocommerce and theme translation files to one locale.
In your case the correct locale is “th” and the files should be named as woocommerce-th.po, woocommerce-th.mo and for the theme – th.po, th.mo.
The code in wp-config.php file should be $locale='th';

As I see you added Currency switcher widget into sidebar on single product page and on mobile sidebar is moved to the bottom.

You may try to add widget to the product description to show it inside the content.
