  Hi,

  I have several products in different categories and my site is multi-language.

  I have moved all my products in one category for EN language and FR language.

  When I go in Product Categories for the EN language everything is fine, in front of the ‘count’ colum, I have zero.

  But when I switch in FR language, in my old catrgories I have some numbers in front of my old categories. Normally, I have to have “zero”.

  And when I go in my website, and I click on my old category, I have this message “No products were found”…

  Could you please tell me how to fix this issue ?

  Hello,

  As I see you’ve added Product Categories element to the Shop page http://storage6.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463130039_3287913_20f7a0598e.jpeg and these categories are shown http://storage2.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463130082_1686960_fbea5d50c0.jpeg .
  If you don’t want them, remove the element from the page.

  Hello,

  Yes I have product categories in the shop page, but these product categories display only when I have product in these categories right?

  See below screenshots from my admin panel (products -> categories)

  

  

  As you can see in the french screenshot, the system counts several products in categories however I don’t have any products anymore in these categories except “derniere chance”

  Hello,

  As I see you have products for those categories in French version:
  http://storage7.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463136656_4351809_c2e3f3c652.jpeg that’s why they are shown on French site version.

  Products aren’t displayed in this categories because they are moved to trash http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0513/h_1463137402_4699636_71feef4bff.jpeg .
  Clear the trash and check French Shop page after that.

  Hello,

  that’s! I have cleared the trash and now it’s fine. It is very strange because for my english products I don’t need to clear.

  Could you please tell me which user are you using to connect to the admin panel ?
