Please check this issue with default wordpress theme and also check if you have added widgets to the shop page sidebar in Appearance->widgets. You may also provide us with screenshots to clarify your request.

    Hello

    1) There is no such functionality by default in our theme as custom popups and you may solve this with 3-d party plugin. You can place proper plugin code into the appearance->wigets on any single page.

    2) Please navigate to the Theme options-> e.g. single product page>select sidebar layout to right and add widget to the single product page sidebar. The same method works for other pages as shop, blog, default pages.

3)You may read our documentation about how to create footer using static block.

Be free to contact us in case any additional question appears.

Usually you can adjust content in VC row settings (row margin and padding). Please provide us with wp-admin credentials in case this will not help you.

    Hello

It looks like that it is caused by default VC composer elements. Please check your homepage for blank/broken elements and set all margins for every row manually. You may also provide us with access to your site because now we cannot login as it is secured with Mod-security server configuration.

    Hello

Our theme responsive design built on many elements which suits to different screens. In case you want to have just a single main window to fit screen and be responsive you may disable responsiveness and try to create your own custom responsive concept for each element.
