The static block in the Newsletter at the top stopped working, it was working fine before. I have a mailchimp form in the static block and it is not showing up, only the text above is visible. I’ve tested the static box alone on a regular page and it works fine. It just doesn’t work when you put it into the newsletter popup. I’ve tested creating a new static block, creating a new widgetized sidebar, creating a new mailchimp form and nothing works.

Please advise, thanks for you time.

    Hello

I see that newsletter appears on site and static block works fine. Please clear browser cache and reload page. Also we would like to inform that Royal 1.7.1 is available for update.

    With best regards

Yes, the newsletter popup works but it is not displaying correctly. I’ve attached the way it should look and how it used to look. It is missing the form field.

Hello i have replaced you mailchimp form with an text widget with [mc4wp_form] shortcode in accordance with our documentation. Further customization is possible with mailchimp form menu and custom.css. How to create custom.css you can watch here.

    Please chek the site now

    With best regards
