    Hello, @Saira,

    Can you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty-Two, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not? As the page is coming from the WooCommerce plugin, our theme does not have any influence on it.

    If the issue will still persist with the default WordPress Theme as well then in that case you have to reach out to the WooCommerce support to make it work with the default WordPress Theme first.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    Hello, @mustaphaturk,

    The error image you shared with us I have checked and when I check the link that you shared with us the same error appears to me. But I notice there is no product in the cart and then the checkout page doesn’t appear if the cart is empty. So I added a product in the cart and I checked the checkout page. It appeared just fine with activating the AMP and the payment plugin.

    Please once make sure that you have installed the plugin “WCMP Multivendor Marketplace Solution for WooCommerce” if not you can install it from the Dashboard >> XStore >> Install Plugins.

    I think the plugin is not installed on your site that’s why the plugin shortcode appears on the site but not the content.     Alright, I have hidden the notice from the checkout page on mobile. Now if you click on the “Buy Now” button from mobile the notice will not appear on the page.     Thanks for using our Theme and for Contacting us.

    In order to hide the add to cart button until the user logged into the website. You have to go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Store >> Catalog Mode then enable the option “Just Catalog” and then the permission as per your need.     In order to edit the, all department menu you have to go to the Dashboard >> Static Blocks there you will find the blocks, simply edit them and make changes as per your requirements then save settings, and changes will appear on the site.     I really appreciate your patience as well, but our theme is fully compatible with the MailChimp newsletter plugin, the issue you were facing on your site was just the cache issue nothing else.

    But if you do not want to use it then you can google it and try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

    Actually, there was a CSS code which is causing the issue. The mobile panel was not there to see when I debug the console code to find the cause. So I added a custom CSS in the XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global at the bottom of the box to solve your issue. You can see the code in this image: https://postimg.cc/xcZxfqHn

    Yes, absolutely, that is purely the cache and cookies issue, you have to first flush the server cache and deactivate it for a while till you are in the development process, and then flush/remove all the site cache from cache plugins and finally check back to your site after clearing the browser cache and cookies, it will work for you.
