    Hello,

We would like to bring into your kind notice about an issue. We had raised this previously, but would like to elaborate it more.

As you know, even if we are adding any resolution image in woocommerce products, when it comes to shop page the thumbnail will be of same size. We have applied a 1:1 Settings for the shop page thumbnail. Now what happens is that, the thumbnails are showing with with different sizes. We had done many other woocommerce websites and there all we have done the same. The shop page thumbnails are same for all pages irrespective of the product image sizes.

Here also we had tried to keep the image resolution same for all most all products but for some products there are slight changes and which shows different thumbnail sizes in shop page.

Now our question is if thumbnails images will be same by default why it is showing different sizes in our shop page? We really need your help in this.
At first these were all same. Recently it got changed. Can you look into this issue more?

    Hello,

As answered here – https://www.8theme.com/topic/thumbnail-images-are-showing-different-size/#post-331964 , we do not see any problem from our theme side, so contact support of WooCommerce, to get further assistance.

This is the reply we got,

I see that, on your shop page, the images aren’t being cropped at all.

I see there is a template override from the theme for product archives – it is possible that the size is hardcoded in the theme or the theme options are controlling the image size.

Could you try previewing the 1:1 cropping on a default theme like Storefront and see if it works?

You can: – downgrade WC version; – or update the theme and Core by archives from the Private Content area; – wait for the official theme update.

    Hi,

We downloaded the zip file and can see the xstore.zip and et-core.zip file.. Is it just a normal upload procedure. Please guide on this?

Do we need to upload this theme file and plugin file from appearance menu?

    Hi,

We had downloaded the theme and plugin file from the private content area and uploaded to the wordpress dashboard. But we could see that the theme and plugin version which we downloaded is same as the one we had installed. Xstore is already 8.3 on the site

    Hello, @Saira,

Really sorry for all the inconvenience, I have just confirmed with the development department and that is the issue with our theme because of the very latest version of the WooCommerce plugin, our development team is working on the new theme update with which we will solve this theme issue as well, and hopefully, by today or tomorrow, you will find the new update of our theme released, so please be patience and stay tuned.

    We really appreciate your patience.
