Product image problem on cropping……………

Hi guys, updated the whole site. plugins xstore etc. I found out when adding new products the auto crop doesn’t work. I’ll test another product if this persist. please check private content area

Actually, that was the known issue and we have fixed it with the latest version of the theme which we released now, please update your theme and core plugin to the very latest version and it will resolve your issue.

i fixed this already. but i did it manually. the updates didnt show in the dashboard so i have to manually upload the files on my server again. could you please check my site again? hope this is the only problem i will encounter after the update.

Hi Rose,

I fixed the problem by manually uploading the theme and core files on my server.

Updates on the dashboard doesnt show a while ago.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply.
There is a delay between releasing the update and appearing it on the Dashboard. You may wait a few hours, then go WP Dashboard > Updates > press “check updates” link to force check
