I have recently added “all departments” to the header and noticed that the mobile panel does not show up anymore. When scrolling all the way down to the page, it appears for a sec and then fades again.
I would be thankful if you help me with this.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @Farhad,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

    OR

If you did some Customization in your Child Theme then please try to activate the Parent Theme and check back again, might be your Customization creates the issue on your site.

And if the issue will still persist then please take the complete backup of your site, first.

And I also need your permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Farhad,

Unfortunately, this is not possible to show the All Department Menu on the mobile version, as the element is only for the Desktop header version and not on mobile, so for now this requires extra Customization and additional customization is outside the scope of our support.

Also, you can send a request about adding the element for the mobile header version to our Feature requests list – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hi Awais,
It is really frustrating to get answers every 24 hours which are irrelevant to the case!
I’m not asking about showing “all Departments” Menu on mobile!

The problem is with the mobile panel that is not showing up.

I would be thankful if you forward this case to someone who can check and solve this ASAP.

    Thanks a lot, Awais!
The issue is resolved, and the mobile panel is showing properly. May I know what caused the problem to avoid this happening again?

    Hello, @Farhad,

Actually, there was a CSS code which is causing the issue. The mobile panel was not there to see when I debug the console code to find the cause. So I added a custom CSS in the XStore >> Theme Options >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global at the bottom of the box to solve your issue. You can see the code in this image: https://postimg.cc/xcZxfqHn
