    Hello,

    Re #4: This is working as intended; the original form functions in the same way as seen in the link provided: https://gyazo.com/b2b1fb68be2d5ee691a49c6b13f4d8ac

    Re #2: In order to resolve the issue of the incorrect order of the “Back In Stock Notifier” appearing above the swatches on the variable product and quick off-canvas view (as seen in the link provided: https://gyazo.com/730e30754f2e2edfd0257a78632bfeb0), you will need to seek assistance from the plugin “Back In Stock Notifier For WooCommerce”.

    Re #5: This has been fixed, as seen in the link provided: https://gyazo.com/86e226363daf831c0f8daa2f11bed029

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, we are unable to change the notification system to AJAX as it would lead to errors in the future and cause more problems.
    As an alternative, we can suggest disabling the cache on product pages. To do this, go to the product settings and select the option ‘Never cache this page’. This needs to be done for each product. If you have any issues with this, we would be happy to do it for you.

    Hello,

    We believe the issue is related to the caching on your website. We have disabled the WP Rocket plugin, however this only provides a temporary solution. It appears that there is a caching plugin on the server which needs to be disabled in order to stop GET and POST requests from being cached.

    Hello,

    We have identified a conflict between the theme style and one of the plugins. The fix is to add the following custom CSS to the style.css of the child theme:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 768px){
        .quick-view-popup .product-content img {
            width: 600px!important;
        }
    }

    Hello,

    It appears that you are using two lightboxes simultaneously, namely the lightbox from 8Theme’s theme which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/4218a2c480e6d7cb3a20a0a040274d49

    and the lightbox from Elementor which looks like this: https://gyazo.com/0835b804af317a47f7155aeaf361d5cf.

    When used together, it appears as seen in this image: https://gyazo.com/bc984f1aa325a22537dce44ea70785e3.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to use both of them at the same time.

    To enable/disable the Lightbox for “Xstore” you can go to
    Personalizza -> WooCommerce (Shop) -> Single product builder -> Gallery -> Lightbox
    https://gyazo.com/0d6e8fbcda83a9e806c13879fd123e00

    To enable or disable the Lightbox for Elementor, you can go to the home page and click “Edit with Elementor” and follow the instructions in the video.
    https://gyazo.com/71d3dbe2b1caeb6fcbda1290194dfc9c

    We have also made some modifications to the Lightbox “Xstore” and left it enabled.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Hello,
    You can do this by adding custom CSS.
    Add the following code

    .products-grid .product {
    	width: 100% !important;
    }

    to the corresponding fields in the
    Customizer -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile landscape (481px – 767px)
    and Customizer -> Theme Custom CSS -> Mobile (0 – 480px)
    as shown in the screenshot:

    Hello,

    The most common cause of this issue is the use of a brand attribute with a slug. In this case, the brand filter stops working.

    Please check this and replace the product attribute slug if necessary.

    If this does not help, please provide admin and FTP access.

    Hello,

    The issue was related to the styles of the Woo-Custom-Product-Addons-Pro plugin. We have resolved it by adding a custom CSS code, namely:

    .wcpa_row.wcpa_row_index_1{
    	margin-top: 30px;
    }
    .wcpa_type_text.wcpa_label_pos_above{
    	border: none;
    	box-shadow:none;
    }

    Hello, Nancy,

    Unfortunately, we do not currently have an integrated “back in stock” functionality.
    We have not tested the theme with any similar plugins either.
    You may use the “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce compatibility for single products” plugin, which is compatible with the theme.
    Your only issue would be the inability to change the position of the “back in stock” block.

    Dear Claudio,

    We are no longer able to access your admin panel, as we provided you with a solution for the W3 Total Cache cache plugin.
    Since you have decided to switch to the WP Rocket plugin, we are not aware of which settings are causing you issues.

    Hello,
    We suggest that you attempt to resolve this issue by using the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/. There is approximately a 30% chance that this will be successful. Generally, this issue is related to file overwrite/creation permissions, so without FTP access, we are unable to assist further.

    Hello,
    Unfortunately, in order to achieve this effect, modifications need to be made to the files of the plugin “Back In Stock Notifier for WooCommerce | WooCommerce Waitlist Pro”. This is not a good practice, as the fix will be lost after the plugin is updated.

    We kindly ask you to contact the plugin authors with the question why their actions cannot be disabled using the WordPress hook system. For example, the following code can be used:

    remove_action(‘woocommerce_simple_add_to_cart’, array(‘CWG_Instock_Notifier_Product’,’display_in_simple_product’), 31);

    add_action(‘wp’, function() {
    remove_action(‘woocommerce_simple_add_to_cart’, array(‘CWG_Instock_Notifier_Product’,’display_in_simple_product’), 31);
    }, 20);

    We hope they will provide a way to disable (or change the order of) the hooks without having to modify their plugin code.

    Hello,

    1) Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to create a share button for Instagram as it is blocked by Instagram itself.
    https://warfareplugins.com/support/instagram-sharing-button/
    https://www.healthhosts.com/no-social-share-button-for-instagram-why-is-that/

    At this time, there may only be a button to transition to the Instagram profile.

    2) To change the button’s alignment, you can use the following custom CSS for the element:
    .wp-element-button{
    float: left;
    }
    Specifically, the values float: left; and float: right;

    https://prnt.sc/AmE-qZ8d97cW

    To revert back to the default value, remove the custom CSS.

    3) We have resolved the “Header” issue, it was style conflicts between the theme and the Elementor.

    4) You need to use a translation tool to translate this text found here: https://prnt.sc/jgSlgLK-kBeo

    5) In order to resolve this issue(https://prnt.sc/mDvyOj4RGf-R), we require FTP access.

    Dear gewoonbovenaan,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1) You added custom CSS – it will work (https://prnt.sc/PeHqH7W25Nwh). However, if there are widgets on the page, it will break the page layout (https://prnt.sc/c-74uXdywRFW). Therefore, it is better to use this code:

    .archive .content-page{
    padding-top: 50px !important;
    }

    We have added it for you.

    2-3) You need to move all the widgets from the Main Sidebar to the Shop Sidebar (from https://prnt.sc/w95va8ZqbJuV to https://prnt.sc/JJWSWYDtpP1b). We have done this for you.

    4) Unfortunately, this can only be done through customization in a child theme. Please provide FTP access for it.

    5) To change the margins, you need to use Computed Box (https://gyazo.com/0010bca7eece79a2d352266ab24157b8). Currently, we have set the top margin value to 25. If desired, you can change it to any value (https://prnt.sc/8rOhxuFmZsN1).

    6) Please provide a screenshot.

    7) Fixed. Currently, the only way to align the buttons without additional customization is the option: WooCommerce (Shop)->Shop->Products style->Product Title Limit By.

    We hope this information is helpful.

    Hello,
    to include the sharing option of Instagram, you need to go to the following settings: Customizer -> Single product builder -> Sharing -> Elements (https://prnt.sc/6lw1MaCv9jbn) and select the options you need.
    To resolve the issue with the buttons on the products, we need a link to such a product.
    To resolve the issue with the header, please provide the admin.

    Hello,

    On which specific pages is this issue present? Is it on the store pages such as
    https://ladykiller.nl/shop/
    and
    https://ladykiller.nl/bdsm/

    or on the single product pages such as
    https://ladykiller.nl/10-delige-luxe-bondage-set/
    and
    https://ladykiller.nl/affix-triple-chain-tepelklemmen-met-kettingen/

    We have made the following changes:
    1) Enabled the Customizer -> SEO -> SEO: “Noindex” Tag For Url’s option (https://prnt.sc/_sAEtZvYI7ig)
    2) Disabled the Speed Optimization -> Disable Embeds option (https://prnt.sc/WYrff9_6t9P0).

    Hello,

    Below is an algorithm of steps to follow:

    If you have installed the demo version, then most likely the child theme is already installed and configured (this happens automatically when the demo content is installed), and you can proceed to step 4.

    If not, then start with step 1:

    1) Download the child theme from the page https://www.8theme.com/downloads/ with the file name XStore Child;
    2) Download the archive to the folder wp-content\themes;
    3) Activate the child theme in the WordPress admin;
    4) Create the following directory structure in the child theme:
    xstore-child\woocommerce\myaccount\;
    5) Copy the file dashboard.php from parent theme to the directory xstore-child\woocommerce\myaccount\;
    6) Edit it.

    Hello,
    You can change this in the following file: xstore\woocommerce\myaccount\dashboard.php.

    However, we do not recommend changing files in the parent theme, it is better to copy it and make the changes in the child theme.
