a) If your clients would like to review the theme first, they are welcome to do so. Should they decide to proceed with a refund, they will need to initiate the process directly through the Envato website. They will also need to provide detailed information in their refund request, ensuring that it aligns with Envato’s license refund policy.

b) If a client chooses to keep their license, you can add the extra licenses to your account and manage them through the support forum. There’s no need to create separate accounts for each license. You’ll be able to handle multiple licenses under one account, simplifying the process for managing support.
