Hello, how do I edit a Product Archive Builder Template in a visual mode. Currently the edit page looks one way and the live page looks different (see attached screenshots). Thank you

Hi Tony, thanks for you response. Unfortunately clearing the cache has not made a difference. I have also read your article. The issue is similar to a previous topic I had regarding archive builders here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-archive-products-widget-in-xstore-builder-product-archive-template/#post-385740

The issue this time is with the Default Products Archive #11712. The other archive templates are ok. This default archive builder is loading for every product archive page that does not have a template assigned to it so I need to be able to customise it to be consistent with the others and because I have a large amount of categories that I cannot create a template for all each individually.

Login details are provided in the private area. Thanks.

    Hello @Darren Forde

We’ve identified the main issue causing the inactive widgets in the Elementor Archive editor. It appears that the settings in your Theme Options, specifically under WooCommerce -> Product Catalog, are impacting the visual display. You can access these settings here: [Theme Options -> WooCommerce -> Product Catalog](https://prnt.sc/5AH88Ut9P72T).

To resolve this issue, we recommend adjusting the settings to display either products or products + categories, as shown in these screenshots: [Screenshot 1](https://prnt.sc/GD268skjvHEX). Once you make this adjustment, you should be able to view all widgets correctly in the editor mode, as demonstrated here: [Screenshot 2](https://prnt.sc/n0dl34a6q-xC).

Additionally, we highly recommend conducting your development processes on a staging website rather than directly on the live site. This approach allows you to make and test changes in a controlled environment without affecting the live site’s performance or user experience. Once you’ve successfully completed your development and testing, you can then migrate the changes to your live website.

We hope this information helps resolve the issue you’re experiencing. Please let us know if you have any further questions or if there’s anything else we can assist you with.

    Waiting for your response.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson
