    We recommend that you reach out to your hosting provider’s support team regarding this matter, as it appears to be primarily related to server-side resources.

    To our knowledge, this issue has not been reported by other customers.

    We did a test for your web-site on gtmetrix web-site tester with the results shared in private area (which are very good -> https://prnt.sc/QNb0TyH_SVl6 )
    While we were trying to access your admin dashboard to check your system requirements we were blocked -> https://prnt.sc/nYzIoUX6ANuB
    Please, provide us access so that we can check your XStore Control Panel -> System requirements as some requirements could be not achieved on your server directly slowing the work of your website. Also, you can check the work of your website with another theme such as Storefront (default WooCommerce theme).

    I hope this message finds you well. We are currently encountering some challenges with the FTP connection and server access related to your account.

    Upon attempting to establish an FTP connection, we received the following error message:
    We can’t connect to FTP: Is there a restriction by IP or something else that doesn’t allow us to connect?

    Additionally, after successfully logging into your dashboard and navigating to WooCommerce -> Status (among other pages), we encountered an error from your server indicating “Access Denied – GoDaddy Website Firewall.” You can view the screenshot of this error at [https://prnt.sc/Zsu6NYGFgfFh](https://prnt.sc/Zsu6NYGFgfFh).

    It appears that these issues may be linked to settings on your GoDaddy server, which seems to restrict our access after approximately five minutes, subsequently locking us out. This might also be contributing to the FTP connection issues we are experiencing.

    Could you please check if there are any IP restrictions or other settings within the GoDaddy firewall that might be causing these problems? If possible, we would appreciate it if you could temporarily disable the firewall to see if this resolves the issue.

    If disabling the firewall does not address the problem, we might need you to consider alternative solutions, such as switching to a different server provider from GoDaddy.

One of the recommended is Hostinger (https://hostinger.com.ua/), based on positive outcomes experienced by other clients who faced similar issues on GoDaddy servers. This change could potentially resolve the slow speed and site health issues you are experiencing.
