Tag “New” ON – Product variation change

Good afternoon,

I activate the “New” tag in the site settings, but whenever I edit a variation of an existing product it puts the new tag on me and it shouldn’t. Can you help?

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin account?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hello,

I entered 3 days! This only happens on products that are changed in variations

Example: https://www.porta188.com/categoria-produto/promocoes/
This products are more than 3 days

Good morning,
By my choice, I have access via FTP disabled on my Hosting. But I have already configured the “File Mannager” to be able to access the files. Could it be?
