At first sight, the problem doesn’t relate to our theme. Are you able to access customizer (Appearance > Customize) when a default theme (Storefront) is activated on your site? If you have the same situation independently of the theme, contact your hosting provider to get some assistance. If the problem persists with our theme only, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
