    Hello, @carinachan2000,

    Thank you for your response.

1/ We have reviewed the screenshot you provided and can confirm that the system requirements meet the theme’s specifications. At this time, there is no need to make any adjustments or upgrades.

2/ To switch to PHP version 8.0, 8.1, or 8.2, log in to your hosting account’s control panel (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, or a custom panel) and look for the “PHP Selector” or “PHP Settings” option. From there, select the desired PHP version and save your changes.

3/ To disable plugins in WordPress:

Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
Find the plugin you want to disable and click Deactivate.

4/ You don’t need to do all these steps at once. Start with steps 1 (memory limit) and 2 (PHP version), as they are generally low-risk and often resolve many issues. Proceed to step 3 (disabling plugins) only if the issue persists. Each step can be performed independently, but following this order is usually more efficient.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team.

    Hello, @KSP ELECTRONICS,

    Thank you for your response.

If the attached user guide manual is not showing on the product page, it could be due to how WooCommerce handles downloadable files. By default, the download links for attached files (like a user guide) are shown only after the product is purchased. However, if you’d like the user guide to be accessible directly on the product page, here’s how you can achieve this:

Steps to Make the User Guide Manual Accessible on the Product Page:

    1. Add the File Link to the Product Description

Go to your WordPress Dashboard > Products > Edit the product.
In the Product Description section, add the link to the user guide manually:

Upload the user guide to your WordPress Media Library (via Media > Add New).
Copy the file URL after uploading.
Paste the URL into the product description and format it with text like “Download User Guide.”
    Save changes by clicking Update.

    2. Ensure File Visibility Settings Are Correct

Check the settings under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Downloadable Products to ensure downloadable files are accessible.

If the product is free, you can also set it up to display the download link without requiring a purchase.

Once these steps are complete, visit the product page to verify the download link is visible. Clear your browser cache if changes aren’t reflecting.

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Hello, @Ankit Khandelwal,

    Thank you for your response.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that you are currently utilizing the Header Builder through the Customizer. Please note that it is recommended to use only one header builder at a time to ensure optimal functionality and avoid any potential issues.

You may choose to use either the Header Builder via Elementor or the Header Builder via the Customizer, but not both simultaneously.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Hello, @JiPanditJI,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

By default, WooCommerce does not support automatically rotating scheduled offers for a set of products on a weekly basis. However, this functionality can be achieved with the following options:

You can use any third-party plugin for it, which better meets your requirements but at your own risk.

    OR

    Custom Code Customization
If you need specific products to rotate on a weekly schedule (e.g., from a predefined list or category), additional custom code would be required.

However, you are welcome to submit a customization request through the following link: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel

Please note that this type of customization falls outside the scope of our standard support services and is therefore not available through our support forum.
