    Hello, @Ankit Khandelwal,

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

We kindly request you to navigate to **XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor**. From there, you can either create a new header or edit an existing one using Elementor. Once inside, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the **Advanced** tab.
    2. Select **Edit XStore Sticky Header**.
    3. Enable the sticky header option and set the condition to “Entire Site.”
    4. Save the settings to apply the changes.

    Hello, @Ankit Khandelwal,

    Thank you for your response.

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that you are currently utilizing the Header Builder through the Customizer. Please note that it is recommended to use only one header builder at a time to ensure optimal functionality and avoid any potential issues.

You may choose to use either the Header Builder via Elementor or the Header Builder via the Customizer, but not both simultaneously.

Should you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello, @Ankit Khandelwal,

If you would like to create and manage the header using Elementor, we kindly request you to first disable the Header Builder in **XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder**.

Once this is done, please navigate to **XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor**. From there, you can either add a new header or create a custom header tailored to your requirements. Be sure to set the condition to “Entire Site” and save the settings.

For further assistance, we encourage you to review our theme documentation, which can be found https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

We hope this information is helpful. Should you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Hello, @Ankit Khandelwal,

Upon reviewing your website, we noticed that you are currently utilizing the Header Builder via the Customizer. If you would like to switch to the Elementor Header Builder, we kindly request you to follow the steps below:

    1. First, disable the Header Builder in **XStore > Theme Options > Header Builder**.
    2. Once this is done, navigate to **XStore Builders > Header Builder via Elementor**.
    3. From there, you can either create a new header or design a custom header tailored to your specific needs. Please ensure that you set the condition to “Entire Site” and save the settings.

For additional guidance, we recommend reviewing our theme documentation, which provides detailed instructions. You can access it here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/new-xstore-header-builder-with-elementor/

Please note that it is recommended to use only one header builder at a time to ensure optimal functionality and avoid any potential issues.

You may choose to use either the Header Builder via Elementor or the Header Builder via the Customizer, but not both simultaneously.
