    Thanks for elaborating but sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme for this and you cannot make it without customization.

    Unfortunately, the customization is beyond our limitations and against the support policy.

    Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

    To solve your issue, first of all, I disable all the third-party plugins on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/HJb9Kjv7 by doing this the variations start to appear on the single product page but not on the shop page infect the theme options were set to ok. Then I check the attribute type on your site from the Dashboard >> Product >> Attribute >> edit attribute check the image: https://postimg.cc/ZBVptN80, before the type was chosen to the “Select” and Select type of attributes, does not appear on the shop page so I changed it and now here is the result of shop and product page on your site: https://postimg.cc/jWhJPfkv and https://postimg.cc/9zkwdCJ3 Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

    Note: Now, you have to enable the third-party plugins one by one on your site so that you will be able to know which plugins conflict and cause the issue.

    3- I don’t see any dots on your site as you can see the screenshots I attached in point number 2 it is working just fine.

    4. Sorry to say, that this is not a way to use the space everything/element is set as default you cannot adjust it like this way. If there was any possibility I already did it for you.

    Other than these designs and sections are not available to import, for now, you can submit a request here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/

    OR you can install the theme on a local test site and copy the section or design manually from there to your live site as per your requirements.

    I have just checked your site now and it is working perfectly fine for me, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/jD4pBWJJ and the error you are facing is not our theme but the server end error, The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request.

    Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded.

    I think that local pickup values are dynamic and that is the reason it is generating the issue, actually that local pickup and values are coming from the WooCommerce plugin, and our theme does not have any influence on it, so it is WooCommerce and the WPML issue, I suggest you to please contact the WPML support and ask for the help on this: https://wpml.org/home/contact-us/

    3. I have just checked your site now on my personal mobile phone and it is working perfectly fine for me, please see this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/c6hg48s2 it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else.

    4. That is because of the siteground cache issue, Please remove the cache from your site and then deactivate the siteground cache and all the other cache plugins for a while and check back and I am sure it will solve your issue and after confirmation, please again activate the cache plugins one by one and remove the cache too.

    Please try with the below-given CSS code, Please copy and paste the below-given CSS code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and check back to your site after removing the browser cache.

    Hello, @Mina Adel,

    Yeah, that is the main point, If the issue still persists with the default WordPress Theme as well, then it means the issue is independent of our theme, in that case, you have to contact the plugin Author or WooCommerce for it and they will help you in solving this issue, once the issue will be fixed with the default WordPress theme then it will automatically work with our theme as well.

    Unfortunately, this is not possible as this is the default functionality of the Theme and WooCommerce and you can not change it. Changes require Customization.

    Are you using the Child Theme on your site? and have you customized the Child Theme? If yes then please try to activate the Parent Theme and check back.

    Please delete the Core plugin and try to Install it again.

    1. It was the cache issue, I just removed the cache from your site and it resolved: https://postimg.cc/WDvYPQYV and the images not showing are the corrupted ones, you have to remove and upload those images and set those images again.

    In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Cart >> and Choose/Select Item Background (Hover) Color as per your needs.

    1- Don’t check the browser mobile view in customizer but please check the actual device “Mobile” you will see the result. Also, there is no such space available to adjust both buttons add to cart, and buy now.

    2- You can see as well there is no such space to show it in 1 row I hope it makes sense.

Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

    OR simply try to deactivate the AMP plugin on your site and check back.

    The error that appears in the site health you showed us is not because of our theme. The theme does not have any influence on it. You have to contact your service provider and let them know about this issue they will fix it.
