How to import Electron01 Demo Content from XStore theme ?

Hi,
I want to import the Electron01 demo on my site but there are only 12 themes showing in the list https://tinyurl.com/223o6dly. Please guide me on how I can install Electron01 demo content.

Hello,

Try to use search https://prnt.sc/j64G15ztJh4-
on that screen scroll should be available. If it is missing, try to disable 3rd party plugins on your site and check then.

Hi,
I have installed the demo content of Electron01 but facing some issues like https://tinyurl.com/22hdqplu,
On your demo site, the sidebar is perfect like https://tinyurl.com/2dzowztw
but after installing demo content, look at my sidebar https://tinyurl.com/28fwsobg
Please fix these issues ASAP.
Also, I was unable to see the screenshot that you sent me in the previous message.

Hello, @Faisal,

1. For the sidebar issue, please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

2. For the WooCommerce outdated templates: that is because of the WooCommerce Major update just released a couple of hours ago, Our developers working on compatibility with the latest woocommerce version.

You can downgrade WC version – https://prnt.sc/9zDbDPn58IxX https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/advanced/ or wait for the next theme update, it will be released soon.

Next time, do not update WC before the theme update, here is our changelog – https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ with info about compatibility.

I have just installed the plugins that come with your bundle https://tinyurl.com/2ah4f8e2 and all the cache are cleared but the sidebar is still not working (https://bsp.bestservepos.net/) as in your demo (https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/electron01/).

Hello, @Faisal,

Your issue is resolved now kindly check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. Check the resulting image: https://postimg.cc/QFqFqHXk Actually, the images on the menu were wrongly set so I just changed the images on the menu items from the Appearance >> Menu see the image: https://postimg.cc/fSh3KX0C and your issue was resolved.

Hello, @Faisal,

The error that appears in the site health you showed us is not because of our theme. The theme does not have any influence on it. You have to contact your service provider and let them know about this issue they will fix it.

Regarding the page issue, the First one: https://bsp.bestservepos.net/our-offers/ please simply edit the page and then set the sale products on it using the product element of our theme. As you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/mhF4fFWJ

For this issue: https://tinyurl.com/28hnxwg6 please make sure that you have installed the “YITH WooCommerce Wishlist” plugin on your site.
