Variation not working after activate in xstore panel

i activate variation default on xstore and not working

Hello, @marzio.biancardi@gmail.com,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

I disable the plugin but the problem persist
Also some product variation are showing like simple but there are correct variation in shop page.

I think the problem is related

To solve your issue, first of all, I disable all the third-party plugins on your site see the image: https://postimg.cc/HJb9Kjv7 by doing this the variations start to appear on the single product page but not on the shop page infect the theme options were set to ok. Then I check the attribute type on your site from the Dashboard >> Product >> Attribute >> edit attribute check the image: https://postimg.cc/ZBVptN80, before the type was chosen to the “Select” and Select type of attributes, does not appear on the shop page so I changed it and now here is the result of shop and product page on your site: https://postimg.cc/jWhJPfkv and https://postimg.cc/9zkwdCJ3 Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Note: Now, you have to enable the third-party plugins one by one on your site so that you will be able to know which plugins conflict and cause the issue.

Yes, our theme is fully compatible with the WPML plugin, this seems to be the WPML plugin setting issue, Could you please once reach out to the WPML support here: https://wpml.org/forums/forum/english-support/ and ask for help on this issue, I am sure they will help you in this case.
