    Hello, @Linna,

Thanks for using our Theme and for contacting us.

Actually, The links are working fine, there is no issue with the links. I have checked and confirmed it. Also, I recorded a video for you, please watch it completely: https://streamable.com/k56kzu

The issue is on each and every link the content doesn’t appear on the page it looks the same on every link. Now, The thing is my account page and its content is coming from the WooCommerce plugin our theme has nothing to do with it. Please check the plugin support forums for a fix in order to solve your issue.

    Hello, @marquand,

First of all, I want you to know that the code works. you have a cache issue, here is a proof image: https://postimg.cc/5jC1vqX7

    2. Now, if You want to increase the menu font for this navigate to the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme Settings >> Header Builder >> Main Menu >> and set the “Content Zoom” as per your need. see the image: https://postimg.cc/21mBg5pY

    3. Simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.

    .etheme-product-grid-title{font-size:20px !important;}

Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Note: in the above code the word “20” is the size you can change it with you want.

    Regards 8Themes Team.

    Hello, @Oliver Theiß,

Actually, that string is not from our theme but your site’s third-party plugin “WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts” and I can see it is already translated in the plugin language files as well: https://www.optimumcore.eu/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fplugins%2Frp_wcdpd-de_DE.po&bundle=wc-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts%2Fwc-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts.php&domain=rp_wcdpd&page=loco-plugin&action=file-edit but not reflecting on your site, might be that is not translatable or any issue from the plugin, so I suggest you to please reach out to the plugin support for this issue and ask to fix it.

    Hello, @Ale,

1- Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop elemets > Sale & Out of Stock > “Sale” Label Text.

WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see a list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate. For example – http://prntscr.com/10gxxqu After that go back to the String Translation section and translate the necessary content.

2- I don’t see any issue it is working fine I have checked the link that you shared and here is the resulting image: https://i.is.cc/2eRNweVv.png please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

3- Actually you are using 2 language plugins on your site and which might conflicts with one another, so always use the one, If you use the WPML then try not to use the Loco, OR else try to contact the WPML support.

4- Sorry to say, that there is no option in the theme for this because the form is coming from the WooCommerce plugin and our theme does not have any influence on it. Changes require customization.

5- The thing you requires is already done on your site as you can see in this video: https://streamable.com/n4elk0

    Hello, @tefo90,

I have debugged your issue and found the cause. When I activate the Parent theme on your site and the issue was resolved. Check the images for a better reference: https://i.is.cc/2ePGLrqu.png and https://i.is.cc/2ePIKi3v.png the issue is coming from the child theme.

So if you are using any Customization Code in the Child Theme then please check it with your developer, OR simply delete the Child Theme and use the Parent Theme.

    Hello, @feeldesign,

Alright, I have added the countries list that you shared with us, on your site and I saved it. You can see in this video: https://streamable.com/gv58mi that it saved successfully.

As I told you in my previous message that the country appears randomly on your site infects you choose some specific list of countries and it is possible that there must be a third-party plugin that conflicts and causes the issue. But you said that you are not able to add specific countries so I add it for you.

    Hello, @Misa Mimic,

Those tabs are coming from the MultiVendor plugin you are using on your site, Dokan OR WCFM, so you have to check and translate in plugin language files, like If you are using the Dokan MultiVednor plugin, then you have to translate it under Loco >> Plugins >> Dokan

Otherwise, you have to try with the Custom Code, please read the below-listed threads:

    Hello, @feeldesign,

1- There must be a third-party plugin conflicting issue because I have tested the same thing with the London country see image: https://i.is.cc/2dxWXGlK.png and it is working fine for me: https://i.is.cc/2dypldxl.png

Now, I can see that you have a child theme activated on the site and also, third-party plugins as well. Please first disable all the third-party plugins and check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. I hope your issue will be resolved then activate the plugins one by one so that you will be able to know which plugins conflict and causes the issue.

2- On your site, I also, check the popup, and progress bar feature of the sales booster and found no issue it is working just fine check the resulting images of your site: https://i.is.cc/2dyba1Uz.png and https://i.is.cc/2dyduiss.png you can check the live results as well on your site on the mini cart and at the cart page. You will see the progress bar is working fine.

    Hello, @Kazi Sabit,

Actually, the thing is that there is no option to set the thumbnail images for the mobile. The only option is for the desktop and by default for the mobile, it shows 4. In order to show all the images please make sure that you have enabled the slide for thumbnail option so that users can slide the thumbnail images to see more. Check the image: https://postimg.cc/LJs3YKfW. You can find this option in Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Single Product Builder >> Gallery.

    Hello, @DCD,

Sorry for the inconvenience but First of all, I can see you are using the old version of the theme 8.3.5 and the very latest version of the theme is 8.3.6, so please update your theme and the core plugin to the very latest version and check back.

You can check the theme changelog here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

How to update the Theme: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

After that activate the parent theme and check back.

And If after that the issue will still persists then Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.
