Sales booster issue – options not showing and pop up options not saving

Hi First time using sales booster, only the pop up option shows and allows to be activated, clicking on Progress bar and anything else does nothing and the settings for popup do not save, so all countries keep showing no matter how many times I edit and it says successfully saved!!! My client only sells to the UK. This is a test site so not an issue but needs solving before we push live. All plugins up to date. https://samuelsmithsbrewery.co.uk/staging

I’d like to find out why it won’t save, and why the other options do not show

Hello, @feeldesign,

I have checked your issue and all the options in the sales booster are working fine, there is no issue. Regarding the country, there is a list of countries added you have to add only those you want to show. Hi – none of the buttons to swap between elements like Progress bar work, only the pop up shows and when I edited the list of countries, it took an age to save, told me it was successful, but was not!!

Why is it doing one thing for you and another for me? I am using this format to add them, {{{London, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{York, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Leeds, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Manchester, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Liverpool, UK 🇬🇧}}}; and also want o have the fake viewing option, which is now not showing at all

Hello, @feeldesign,

1- There must be a third-party plugin conflicting issue because I have tested the same thing with the London country see image: https://i.is.cc/2dxWXGlK.png and it is working fine for me: https://i.is.cc/2dypldxl.png

Now, I can see that you have a child theme activated on the site and also, third-party plugins as well. Please first disable all the third-party plugins and check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache. I hope your issue will be resolved then activate the plugins one by one so that you will be able to know which plugins conflict and causes the issue.

2- On your site, I also, check the popup, and progress bar feature of the sales booster and found no issue it is working just fine check the resulting images of your site: https://i.is.cc/2dyba1Uz.png and https://i.is.cc/2dyduiss.png you can check the live results as well on your site on the mini cart and at the cart page. You will see the progress bar is working fine.

Hi – I am confused – as your video shows it working on the same url as my failure https://samuelsmithsbrewery.co.uk/staging/wp-admin/ – for me it does not respond on changing the options, and the countries do not save, and you are making it work without turning off the child theme or plugins??!!! Clearing my cache did not work – I edited the counties to {{{London, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{York, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Leeds, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Manchester, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Liverpool, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Preston, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Bedale, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Ripon, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Bradford, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Sheffield, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Cardiff, UK 🇬🇧}}}; {{{Newcastle, UK 🇬🇧}}}; and they reverted to the standard ones after I activated fake live viewing – for simplicity I will just turn the country off – except that won;t save either. . We can’t disable the third party plugins as all are needed for site function. As you are able to do it, can you enter that list of countries and see if it saves. This whole part of the theme seems rather buggy, I appreciate it is new. Thanks!

Alright, I have added the countries list that you shared with us, on your site and I saved it. You can see in this video: https://streamable.com/gv58mi that it saved successfully.

As I told you in my previous message that the country appears randomly on your site infects you choose some specific list of countries and it is possible that there must be a third-party plugin that conflicts and causes the issue. But you said that you are not able to add specific countries so I add it for you.
