Yes, There is no widget available for our theme in the Appearance >> Widgets, But you can make it using the static block feature of our theme. First, you have to create a block add the “Product” widget in the block and set the settings as per your need then you can add this block in the appearnce >> widget section. Actually, for a seller store, you have to create a multivendor store site. To make the multivendor store there are various plugins available in WordPress that allow you to create a multivendor store. Our theme is compatible with the “DOKAN Multivendor Plugin” and “WCMP” Plugins.

I can see you are using the old version of the theme and plugins, so first of all, please update your theme to the very latest version and also update the core plugin as well, and then remove the cache of your site and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

And if still the issue will persist then please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me the permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Yes please delete the LightSpeed cache if it is creating the issue on your site and yes the compatible plugin is WP Rocket you can use it for caching and optimizing the site. Actually “FireMobile” is the third-party plugin and the issue you are facing is the third-party plugin confliction issue with our theme.
We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Actually, it was the issue because of the XStore AMP plugin, I just disabled it and the issue is resolved. Do you plan to use AMP version? If not, keep XStore AMP plugin disabled.

I have just checked your site now and found that the Size Guide element is still there in Product Builder on the Product Page: https://ibb.co/2y2xp20 and that is the reason it is showing on all the products on your site.

As soon as I removed it from the Product Builder: https://ibb.co/McxprWr It was also removed from the products as well: https://ibb.co/mS4DB48
So now, If I want to add the size guide individually on that product only, then I have to edit the particular product and choose the Size Guide option from 8Themes Product Options and set the Size Guide image as well: https://ibb.co/68rYx1M
Then I have to turn OFF the Single Product Builder and have to use the Pre-Built Layout for the Single Product Page: https://ibb.co/XL65Kp9

Note: If you want to use the Size Guide on the Individual/specific Product Page then you have to use the Pre-Built Layout, It does not work with the single product builder.

You have to achieve it using a trick, you can simply create the Product Brands under WP-Dashboard >> Products >> Brands as “Used” & “New” and then assign your products to those brands as per your requirements.
And finally, you can use the “8themes-Filter Product By Brands” widget in Shop Sidebar and it will work for you.
