Hello, @TFS,
Yes exactly, without the multilingual plugin, it will not work as you expected, You have to purchase and Install the plugin first and then activate it, and then try it.
Otherwise, please try to reach out to the plugin support for further help on this. They will guide you accordingly.

Unfortunately, that is not the single line of code and that is not simple, that requires complete perfect code, and I am sorry but that is beyond my limitations and against the support policy.
You can submit this request as a Feature Request here https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/, so our dev team read it.
Thanks for your understanding.

Hello, @Blade,
I see, So actually, the “WP-Optimize” was the main cause of the issue.
Yes, it will be great, as you already switched it OFF, now wait for some time to see and check the result.
It seems the plugin is caching the cart page on your particular site, please read this official thread of “WP-Optimize”: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-and-wp-optimize-cache/

Hello, @Nick,
Unfortunately, NO, there is no such possibility in our theme for this and changes require extra Customization.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

Hello, @George,
1- I have checked your site URL and found no issue it is fine as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/NyGmygVT there is no issue.
2- In my previous reply I shared a CSS code with you below one:
.mobile-menu-popup .et-close-popup{z-index:999999999 !important;}
This code is to solve this issue and I checked your site you didn’t add this code please check my previous reply and fix it.
3- In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.
@media(max-width:575px){
.et-masonry-filters-list li{padding-bottom:20px !important; font-size:25px !important;}}
Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @ForjarEmpresa,

Hello, @mart,
There are no errors like you showed us in the screenshot, I have checked the page the other errors from the “Contact Form 7” plugin are showing but not the one you showed us, see the image: https://postimg.cc/18mrFcVf also, Would you be so kind please describe your issue in the details sharing just an image is not understandable enough to solve your issue.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @LambdaSP,
1.2 Have you translated those text in the language file that I shared with you via link: https://special-brands.xyz/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fthemes%2Fxstore-he_IL.po&bundle=xstore&domain=xstore&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit ? you have to search/find every single word and translate on your own. You can search on Google that how to use the loco translate plugin.
3- To style the product added to cart notification you have to make it with custom CSS code. You can add your own custom CSS code in the XSTORE >> Theme settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS.
4- To add the product filters in your store simply navigate to the Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets >> Then add the products filters in the “Shop Sidebar” or “Shop filters” then check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image: https://postimg.cc/vDBHm6Nv
5- It appear fine for me check the image: https://postimg.cc/7CS8hq3D and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.

Hello, @TFS,
In this demo: https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market02/product/fryer-with-dualzone-2/ the section is the sidebar and this is the sidebar: https://postimg.cc/2Lv6Gsvx and on this demo:https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/car-parts/product/sinister-diesel-series-30-power-hydraulics-turbo/ there is no sidebar that’s why it appears like this.
As you know the sidebar works as sticky so in order to solve your issue first you have to set the page layout to full width from the Dashboard >> XSTORE >> Theme settings >> WooCommerce >> Single product Builder >> Layout >> See the image: https://postimg.cc/564yLRy8 and then start building the page as per your need in the single product page builder then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @TFS,
1- Thanks for understanding.
2- You can add the brand’s images from the Dashboard >> Products >> brands >> edit a brand and set the image as you can see here: https://postimg.cc/ppv76VZw
3- You can add only 1 custom tab in 1 product. Adding more than 1 custom tab in a product is not possible from the theme settings.
You have to create it manually, I have checked and confirmed that there is no way to import that section only so you have to create it the same as it is in our demo.
Regards 8Themes Team.

Hello, @TFS,
Simply remove the code that I shared with you in my previous reply and add this code there then check back to your issue after clearing the browser cache.
.page-id-5663 .elementor-container.elementor-column-gap-default{max-width:95% !important;}
For the text you added on the top please add the below CSS code in the theme settings >> theme custom CSS >> global CSS at the bottom of the box.

Hello, @TFS,
1- The “+” sign is necessary and you have to add it.
2- Sorry to say that but I didn’t get your point by linking the pages because where do you want it? If it’s the same location then you have to enter the URL.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @Blade,
1- Actually, Cloudflare/CDN is very good for the site speed performance. But, because of the cache, it causes the issue. When the server cache got strong the site will load from the cache and causes unexpected issues on the site. Try to flush the server cache completely and disable the cache system until your site is in maintenance mode.
2- Unfortunately, NO, there are no additional/recommended settings for the widget cart.
3- Your service provider will be able to do it. There are no settings in the theme for it.
Further, I have found these articles please check them:
https://community.cloudflare.com/t/disable-caching/142759/5

Hello, @TFS,

Hello, @aslanoguz34,

Hello, @mohamed aly,
No, You didn’t understand. I said to you that you have to create multiple single-product layouts and set them to the products you want to achieve. Here is a video to know how you can create multiple single product layouts: https://streamable.com/gkkyno
Please watch the complete video for a better reference.

Hello, @Ismael,
Alright, Thanks for whitelisting Pakistan I am able to check your issues now,
Now, I have checked and confirmed that the filter works like this. For example, there are two products with variants of “Size and Color”.
1st product has only the color variant.
2nd product has color and size variants
Now, when you search the filter by color it will show all the product that has the color variant in them because if a product has variants of size and color user must need to select both variants in order to add the product to the cart.
This is how it works and you cannot change it without customization.
Regarding the attribute, it is a WooCommerce function, and here is an article to know about the details of it: https://woocommerce.com/document/variable-product/

Hello, @Ahmed,
This issue seems to be independent of our theme, Have you checked it with the default WordPress Theme?
Please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, just to make it sure that the issue is with our theme or not?
If the issue will still persists with the default WordPress Theme as well then you have to contact the WooCommerce support for its fix, once it will be fixed with the default WordPress Theme, it will automatically fix with our theme as well.
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @George,
Thanks for the screenshot I have understood your issue.
Now, In order to solve your issue simply go to the Dashboard >> XStore >> Theme OPtions >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global and then paste the below code at the bottom of the CSS box there.
.mobile-menu-popup .et-close-popup{z-index:999999999 !important;}
.et_b-tabs .et-tab{font-size:30px !important; color:red !important;}
Then save settings and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
