Hello, @montse,

Go to Appearance > Widgets > make sure that all the widgets are at the right place after the update.

Let me know the result.

if you check with the administration open the footer is visible, you don’t see it when you visit it without the log

I have just Turned ON Enable Classic Widgets Panel from XStore >> Theme Settings >> General/Layout. See the image for a better reference: https://ibb.co/Bw4bQd4

if you look at it from outside the administration, even if you clear the cache, the footer is not visible

Hello,

We can see the Footer – https://prnt.sc/GwxVmsEEQxIN when login as administrator using credentials you provided
and from the incognito window – https://prnt.sc/P9c4uTwvh6s9
“even if you clear the cache” – likely it is cache of your browser, clear it too.
