Hello, @loiscapirosi,
1- The error appears because of the user roles. You have admin access and you have to change it to tester/developer here is an article to understand it better and learn how to solve it: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58778302/instagram-display-api-insufficient-developer-role
2- The image you changed appears just fine on the frontend in that section there are no sample images see the screenshot for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/f3Hy2tMS
3- a) You can change and translate it from the theme language files: https://paonkids.com/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fthemes%2Fxstore-es_CO.po&bundle=xstore&domain=xstore&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit https://postimg.cc/NyhkGjVn https://postimg.cc/K497kNwB
3- b) You can change and translate it from the theme language files: https://paonkids.com/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fthemes%2Fxstore-es_CO.po&bundle=xstore&domain=xstore&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit

And the reset of the words as well.

Hello, @Azza,
Yes right, Does my proposed solution help you in solving your issue?
Do you need any more help from me on this issue? OR should I close this topic now?
Regards 8Themes Team.
Hello, @mohamed aly,
This issue seems to be independent of our theme, as the shipping has been calculated and managed by the WooCommerce plugin.
So could you please check it once by activating the default WordPress Theme like Twenty Twenty Two, that is how it works with it, just to make sure that the issue is with our theme or not.
If the behavior will be the same with the default WordPress Theme as well then in that case I suggest you to reach out to WooCommerce support for this issue.
Regards 8Themes Team.

Hello, @Soumya,
1- If you don’t want to show the admin email simply remove the admin email shortcode from the email templates see the image:https://postimg.cc/KKPMvv70 and write any other text you want there see the image: https://postimg.cc/kDBgTgVL
2- Regarding the save changes please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me login access to your site in the below-listed format in the private content area and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Hello, @Joan,
First of all, please deactivate all the plugin on your site, and then go to Appearance >> Themes and Activate the theme from there, after that Install the XStore Core plugin from XStore >> Dashboard >> Plugin Installer and I am sure you will not face this issue anymore.
Now after that you have to activate your site plugins again one by one and check which one is generating the issue on your site.

Hello, @nils,
If you do not want to use the loco translate plugin and want to translate your site then, you have to use the poeditor software: https://poedit.net/
You can simply edit the po file with that software and then change the word/translation as per your requirements, after that you have to compile that po file to mo file using the same software because the machine will read the machine-oriented (mo) file.
Then after that, you have to put/upload the po and mo files under the directories listed below:
domain/wp-content/languages/themes/xstore-de_DE.po
domain/wp-content/languages/themes/xstore-de_DE.mo
It will work for you.

Hello, @LIAOQIN,
Your issue has been solved, please check back to your site now after removing the browser cache. You have chosen the single post layout as the sidebar layout and there was no widget in that sidebar and that is why it picks the default search widget for that sidebar.
I just changed the layout as without a sidebar and it resolved the issue.

Hello, @st7878,
Unfortunately, there is no such option and functionality for this in our theme, so this is not possible for now and requires extra customization.
You can post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will try to add it in one of the next updates.
