    Hello, @Karen Karapetyan,

I have just checked your provided URL and it is working perfectly fine for me, here are the screenshots: https://postimg.cc/753MMG0y https://postimg.cc/1gy0WmrV

So it must be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the cache and check back again.

    Hello, @KudzaiS,

To make the WooCommerce category images displayed in a Slider Revolution carousel responsive on mobile devices, you would need to take the following steps:

1 Install and activate the Slider Revolution plugin on your WordPress site.
2 Create a new slider and add the {{wc_categories}} shortcode to it, which will display the images of all the WooCommerce categories.
3 In the slider settings, navigate to the “Responsive Settings” tab and ensure that the “Force Fullwidth” option is enabled. This will ensure that the slider takes up the full width of the screen on mobile devices.
4 Under the “Navigation” tab, make sure to enable the “Touch Navigation” option. This will allow users to swipe through the slides on mobile devices.
5 You can also add a breakpoint for mobile devices to make the images smaller using the “Breakpoints” option.
6 Finally, test the slider on a mobile device to ensure that it is fully responsive and the images are displaying correctly.

Note: You should test the functionality of the slider on different mobile devices as the behavior may vary.
Also, you may want to check if the theme that you’re using is responsive and it’s taking care of images and element scaling to fit the screen.

    Hello, @Damien,

That option is actually for enabling to removal of the version query string from static resources to improve the Remove query strings from static resources grade on GT Metrix. Don’t enable it if you use the cache plugin where this option is also enabled. If you are still in development mode, please, keep this option disabled to see changes at once.

So yes it helps in speeding up the site as well.

    Hello, @Fernez,

I have checked your site now and found that the issue appears because your server requirement does not meet the theme and plugin requirements. So In order to solve your issue please contact your service provider and ask them to set server requirements to meet the theme requirements. See the image for the theme requirement here: https://ibb.co/VBscvWg

And then Please try to deactivate and then reactivate the theme again with the same purchase code and then try to import the demo on your site. I hope your issue will be resolved.

And I can see you have purchased 2 licenses and both have been used on the sites, so according to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for 1 project only (dev site, production site, localhost but the same project), read more – https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular If you want to use our theme for a few different projects you need to buy a few licenses.

    Hello, @Darul Muqarrabin Malaysia,

You are using the Elementor widget “Accordion” and I have checked that there is no option available in the widget settings to make the tab close by default see the image: https://postimg.cc/F7PQJjr6 now, to close the active tab it can be possible with a trick.

You have to create the first two tabs with the same content. Then hide the first tab using CSS code by doing this your issue will be resolved. You can learn how to fix it in this article: https://kuldeeprathore.com/close-elementor-accordion-by-default/

    Hello, @Ivo Eijgenraam,

Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache plugin will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.

(WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache, Autoptimize,) these plugins are cache/optimizer plugins and the WP Rocket is also used for the same purpose. Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from all of these things, you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.

And also, I have deactivated the third-party plugins on your site ( B2BKing Pro,B2BKing Core,Jetpack,Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster) by doing this your issue is resolved now. Please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache. See the image for a better reference here: https://ibb.co/PmRcPq9

This is the main reason for this.

    Hello, @Soumya,

First of all, Please make sure that your server requirements must meet the theme and plugins requirements as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/FdZMrDtK

And then Please try to deactivate and then reactivate the theme again with the same purchase code and then try to update.

If the issue will still persist then please delete the particular plugin and try to Install the latest version again.

Otherwise, please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with me here in the private content area of this topic by following the below-listed format, so that I will further check it for you on your site and help you out, Please also let me know the plugins name not updating on your site and giving error.

    Hello, @Ioannis,

Unfortunately, there is no such possible option in our theme for this, so you can try with any third-party plugin which better meets your requirements but at your own risk, Otherwise, this requires extra Customization.

    Hello, @MrTailor,

You are right, there is no such option to change the height/size of that for a single category only, so you have to try with the Custom CSS code, Please inspect the particular product category page and then copy the product category page unique class number as shown in this screenshot: https://ibb.co/W6k6YX1 after that replace the product category page unique class number in the below-listed code and paste the below-given code to XStore >> Theme Settings >> Theme Custom CSS >> Global CSS, it will apply on that particular product category page only.

    .tax-product_cat.term-43 .page-heading {
        height: 550px !important;
    }

    Hello, @eausiris,

Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.

And if the issue will still persists then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and allow permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on-site Customization as well so that I will check and assist you accordingly.

Note: Please take the complete backup of your site first.

And also share the FTP Login details too in the private content area of this topic.

    Hello, @zaza13,

Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache setting will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.

Siteground Optimizer is a cache/optimizer plugin and Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from both of these things, you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.

This is the main reason for this.

And I have Checked your site now and found that you updated the core plugin but you did not update the theme so to avoid any inconvenience You need to update the theme – https://prnt.sc/isWqCWG5RVVY https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Do not update the Core plugin before the theme, next time.

    Hello, @Lucas,

Unfortunately, this is not possible, you can only set the conditions for the multiple templates for different pages, not for different devices, and the gallery style you will choose to show on the desktop it will show the same style on mobile as well. This is how it works.

Please post your request here – https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/ , so our dev team read it. If it takes votes from other customers, our dev team will add it in one of the next updates.

    Hello, @Lucas,

You have to create your own custom single product page layout from the Theme settings >> WooCommerce >> Single product Builder. From there you are able to add the sections and set the section’s width and set the margin to the section as well. See the image for a better reference to understand: https://postimg.cc/ZC60gH8L

    Hello, @Wade Yang,

Actually, In the mobile menu, there is an option “More Toggle” only this one has the option to set the menu in it. See the image: https://postimg.cc/SnFjGLk0 so you have to rename the “More Toggle” to “Mobile Menu” and then assign your UBER Menu to this as I show you in the image above. This is the only possible way.

    Hello, @IP,

That is actually the Vendor List and coming from the plugin “WC Marketplace”, you have to Install that plugin first from XStore >> Dashboard >> Plugin Installer and then you will find the “MVX: Vendor List” widget under Appearance >> Widget, you have to set it under Shop Sidebar and then when the Vendor will register on your site and publish products then it will show in the sidebar.

    This is how it works.
