Customizer keeps loading infinitely grey screen

    Hello,

    When I try to use the customizer it keeps loading. It’s been an issue for a while. I hoped it would be fixed in time with patches, but alas.

    I’ve tried switching browsers, this doesn’t help. Shutting down all other plugins doesn’t help either. I’ve seen in other posts that it could have something to do with a draft save. But since I cannot enter the customizer I can’t remove the draft.

    Hello, @Ivo Eijgenraam,

    Actually, the thing is that using more than 1 cache plugin will cause unexpected issues on the site. Let me tell you.

    (WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache, Autoptimize,) these plugins are cache/optimizer plugins and the WP Rocket is also used for the same purpose. Also, the theme optimization feature has optimization and cache options in it. So from all of these things, you have to use only 1 because using more than one at the same time will conflict and cause issues on the site.

    And also, I have deactivated the third-party plugins on your site ( B2BKing Pro,B2BKing Core,Jetpack,Asset CleanUp: Page Speed Booster) by doing this your issue is resolved now.     This is the main reason for this.

    Hi Tony,

    Thanks for letting me know about these plugins. I thought WP Rocket had an override function on the others. Does the XStore AMP have the same functions as WP Rocket?

    The B2BKing is essential to my site, so I cannot run without it. My customer and prices are managed with it. I notice the error is still there when I run it. Do you know what the exact reason is it’s giving these problems? I could contact their support.

    Oh I see XStore AMP is not the optimizer 8)

    Yes, you are right, XStore AMP is not the Optimizer plugin, And if you want to use the B2B King plugin, then I suggest you to please reach out to the plugin support and ask for help on this, as this is the third party plugin issue. We do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

    I will use maintenance mode and disable B2BKing to make changes for now.
